Overview

Basiia supplies micron filter housings and cartridge filter systems for removal of fine particulates, sediment, and suspended solids from water and process streams. Micron filters are used as final pre-treatment ahead of RO and UF membranes, as product protection filters in process industries, and for polishing of treated water to meet specific particle size requirements. We supply single-element and multi-element housings in polypropylene, stainless steel, and carbon steel — with a full range of cartridge media including polypropylene depth, pleated polyester, and wound string cartridges.

Cartridge Filter Housings

Single and multi-cartridge housings in polypropylene (1"–4" cartridges), 316L stainless steel, and carbon steel — rated to 10 barg working pressure with sanitary, standard, and high-pressure configurations.

Polypropylene Depth Cartridges

Melt-blown polypropylene depth filter cartridges in 1–100 micron ratings — providing high dirt-holding capacity for turbid feeds with gradual pore structure from outer to inner surface.

Pleated Cartridges

Pleated polyester, polypropylene, or PTFE membrane cartridges for high-flow, low-pressure-drop filtration — with absolute micron ratings (0.2–50 µm) for critical applications requiring consistent particle removal.

Bag Filter Housings

Single and multi-bag filter housings for high-flow applications — with polypropylene, nylon, and polyester filter bags in 1–200 micron ratings for cost-effective coarse filtration.

Differential Pressure Monitoring

Differential pressure gauges and transmitters on all filter housings — providing visual and remote indication of cartridge loading and change-out requirement.

Skid-Mounted Pre-Treatment Packages

Multi-stage pre-treatment skids combining coarse straining, media filtration, and micron cartridge filtration in a single integrated package — factory assembled and tested before shipment.
