Overview
Basiia supplies and fabricates industrial electrical and instrumentation enclosures for process plants, substations, and field installations. From standard GRP and stainless steel junction boxes to large multi-compartment instrument cubicles and marshalling kiosks, our enclosures are specified and built to the environmental, hazardous area, and ingress protection requirements of each installation. We supply enclosures from leading manufacturers including Rittal, Schneider Electric, ABB, and Fibox, as well as custom-fabricated units from our panel shop.

Material Selection
Carbon steel (powder-coated), 304/316 stainless steel, GRP (glass-reinforced polyester), and polycarbonate enclosures — material selected to match environmental conditions, corrosion category, and service life requirements.
Ingress Protection
IP54 to IP66 rated enclosures for outdoor and washdown environments — with sealed cable entries, stainless steel hardware, and anti-condensation heaters where required.
Hazardous Area Enclosures
ATEX Zone 1/2 and IECEx certified junction boxes and enclosures in flameproof (Ex d), increased safety (Ex e), and non-sparking (Ex n) configurations — for classified areas in oil & gas and chemical plants.
Marshalling Cubicles
Multi-compartment marshalling cubicles with terminal blocks, cable management, and internal lighting — for field cable termination, signal segregation, and instrument loop marshalling.
Analyser Houses
Pressurised and air-conditioned analyser shelter packages housing online process analysers, sample conditioning systems, and calibration gas — with ATEX purge and pressurisation systems for hazardous area installation.
Custom Fabrication
Custom enclosure fabrication to client drawings and specifications — including cut-outs, gland plates, internal mounting frames, labelling, and surface treatment to project colour and finish standards.
