Overview
Basiia designs, fabricates, and supplies Motor Control Centres (MCCs) for industrial process plants across oil & gas, water treatment, power, and manufacturing sectors. Our MCCs are engineered to project-specific motor schedules, protection requirements, and site conditions — from compact wall-mounted units to large multi-section floor-standing assemblies. We supply fixed and withdrawable designs with DOL, star-delta, soft starter, and VSD motor starters, integrated with intelligent motor management relays for protection, monitoring, and fieldbus communication.

Engineered for Performance
Fixed & Withdrawable Designs
Fixed pattern MCCs for standard applications; fully withdrawable (draw-out) designs for critical duty motors — allowing starter replacement under live busbars without de-energising adjacent circuits.
Starter Types
Direct-on-line (DOL), star-delta, auto-transformer, soft starter, and variable speed drive (VSD) starters — selected to match motor rating, load characteristics, and starting current limitations.
Intelligent Motor Management
Intelligent motor protection relays (Siemens SIRIUS, Schneider TeSys, ABB UMC) providing overload, phase loss, thermistor, and earth fault protection with PROFIBUS, PROFINET, or Modbus communication.
Busbar & Power Distribution
Copper or aluminium horizontal and vertical busbars rated to full fault level — with busbar protection, metering, and power factor correction capacitor banks where specified.
Hazardous Area Options
ATEX Zone 1/2 and IECEx certified MCC designs in pressurised (Ex p) enclosures — for installation in classified hazardous areas in oil & gas, chemical, and petrochemical facilities.
Factory Acceptance Testing
Full FAT including high-voltage insulation resistance, continuity, functional testing of all starters and protection relays, and witnessed testing against approved procedures — with full test documentation.
