Overview

Basiia designs, fabricates, and tests custom control panels, Motor Control Centres (MCCs), and power distribution boards for industrial process plants. From simple local control panels (LCPs) to large multi-section MCCs with intelligent motor management, our panel shop delivers fully wired, tested, and documented assemblies ready for site installation. All panels are built to IEC and NEMA standards with full traceability of components and materials.

Engineered for Performance

Custom Panel Design

Full electrical design including single-line diagrams, schematic drawings, cable schedules, and terminal wiring diagrams — produced in AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN with full as-built documentation.

Motor Control Centres

Fixed and withdrawable MCC designs with direct-on-line (DOL), star-delta, soft starter, and VSD motor starters — with intelligent motor management relays for protection, monitoring, and communication.

Variable Speed Drives

VSD/VFD panels with Siemens, ABB, Danfoss, or Schneider drives — integrated with PLC control, bypass contactors, harmonic filters, and remote monitoring for energy-efficient motor control.

Hazardous Area Panels

ATEX Zone 1/2 and IECEx certified panels in flameproof (Ex d), increased safety (Ex e), and purge & pressurisation (Ex p) configurations — for oil & gas, chemical, and petrochemical applications.

Factory Acceptance Testing

Full FAT including insulation resistance, continuity, functional testing of all control circuits, and witnessed testing against approved test procedures — with test records and certificates.

Third-Party Certification

Panels built to IEC 61439, NEMA standards, and client specifications — with third-party inspection and certification available from Bureau Veritas, SGS, Intertek, or client-nominated inspectors.
