Overview

Basiia designs, supplies, and integrates Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems for industrial process automation across oil & gas, water treatment, power, and manufacturing sectors. Our PLC packages are engineered to the specific process requirements of each project — from standalone machine control to complex multi-loop process automation — using leading platforms including Siemens, Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), Schneider Electric, and ABB. Each system is fully programmed, factory acceptance tested (FAT), and commissioned on site.

Redundant CPU, power supply, and communication configurations for critical process applications — hot standby switchover with no process interruption, meeting SIL and availability requirements.

I/O Architecture

Centralised and distributed I/O configurations with remote I/O over PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, or Modbus TCP — reducing field cabling costs and enabling modular expansion.

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

Full FAT at our facility against approved test procedures — simulated I/O, loop checks, sequence testing, and alarm verification before shipment, minimising site commissioning time.

Site Commissioning & Support

On-site installation supervision, loop checking, commissioning, and operator training — with ongoing remote support, spare parts supply, and software maintenance services.
