Overview
Basiia delivers civil works packages for industrial projects across oil and gas, mining, power generation, and water treatment sectors. Our scope covers site preparation, earthworks, concrete foundations, piling, underground drainage, paved areas, and civil infrastructure — all designed and executed to applicable international standards with full documentation and quality control. Foundation Design & Engineering
Shallow and deep foundation design to ACI 318, BS 8110, or EN 1992 (Eurocode 2) — including spread footings, pile caps, raft slabs, and combined foundations for heavy equipment loads.
Earthworks & Site Preparation
Site clearing, bulk earthworks, cut-and-fill, compaction, and sub-base preparation to specified bearing capacity — with geotechnical investigation and soil testing support.
Underground Drainage & Utilities
Design and installation of underground stormwater, process drainage, oily water, and sewerage networks — including manholes, sumps, and connection to treatment systems.
Paving & Hardstands
Reinforced concrete and asphalt paving for equipment hardstands, truck access roads, laydown areas, and operational platforms — designed for industrial vehicle and crane loads.
